二、项目概况和采购范围
2.1项目概述：
业务专业为大件运输，内容为大件设备涵盖起运地至目的地的运输。
框架招标结果有效期自合同签订之日起至2024年12月31日或标包金额660万元（最多至该金额的150%）执行完毕。
协议期届满时：
① 供应商实际采购量在需求预测量上下限之间（采购金额的80%至150%）的，按期终止框架协议。
② 供应商实际采购量未达到需求预测量下限（采购金额的80%）的，应延长该供应商的协议有效期限，延长期限原则上不超过一年。在延长期内，该框架协议的实际采购量达到下限时立即终止框架协议。延长期满仍未达到下限，自动终止框架协议。
③ 延长期内，供应商被取消中标（分配）资格的，该供应商的剩余份额不再执行。
